Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there please provide some more details, some screenshots or a link were I can investigate this problem.

open the content with title not show the menu bar but open text and return to visual show the menu bar ,
and i paste the short-code but data not show in the area.

The data is showing but is set with black color on black background , please change the background color or the color of your data and you’ll see that the date from your shortcode will show, or set a text and change the color..

Please make a test, set the shortcode in a post, if this is appearing inside of post means that the plugin that provide the shortcode is not working properly with tagDiv Composer.

i send the all credentials please check and my home page tabs ( Blocks by category not work ) please check and solve it
maybe plugin are conflict the code so you remove the plugin or Deactivate only i i see then i deleted

We made some investigations and is appear that the problem with the code is provide from a plugin, once we deactivate your plugins, the column text start to work normally, you’ll need to tack down the one that caused this problem.
