In my posts it shows only author not not showing the picture of author on posts, Please let me know how I can do that.

You need to use Gravatars for your photos or use an author photo plugin.

Hi esumit,
You can use a plugin like WP User Avatar, just install it and the avatar option will appear in Users -> Your Profile so you can upload an image – http://screencast.com/t/XhuxLvam
We also use it on our demo.
