not showing the right size thumbnails on my site

for some reason the images are being cropped incorrectly – you can’t see the whole image.

I have tried to regenerate thumbnails to no avail

any suggestions please?

Hello @rickyrt!

The reason why the images are not being displayed correctly is because they have a different aspect ratio from the elements they are being displayed in.
My suggestion to you would be to upload images without text on them.
