Hello,
unfortunately I do not work 7 days post.

I displays the most read articles of all time.
Do not show me the hottest items of the week.

I’ve enabled and disabled the option > post settings > use 7 days post sorting

Help me.

Hi,
Do you use a cache plugin?, because this will interfere with the views.

We have here a solution that work with cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-postviews-post-view-counter-alternative-for-w3-total-cache/
