Not working contact form

Hi,
In one of the earlier versions I worked the contact form …

Now I installed the latest version (V3.4) does not even appear in the menu of administration …

While in the front the message: [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]

this may not be the answer to your question, but:
make sure you have installed the Contact Form 7 Plugin; it should show as installed from your theme admin > plugins
