The standard latest articles pagination already has numbers to it exactly like the archives page:

I did it worked, but when i use BLOCKS i was able to display a message (Disclaimer) at the end just before the footer ad, but i dont know if this is possible anymore or if it can be displayed on all post

Every post template has 2 files to it. The default template uses single and loop single and the numbered ones correspond to the post template number you use. Only one of the 2 files needs to be edited for each post template but that depends on the modification you want to make. If it’s a simple message it will work from the single.php files so you will only need to edit these files corresponding to the templates you use on your posts: http://screencast.com/t/GerHlepd8EnM
