As soon as any page loads, a weird blue wave effect comes in from left to right of the screen.
This effect wasn’t there when we first set up the site. It seems to have just come in recently. Can’t seem to figure out what is causing this. We’d like to get rid of it.

Hi vikasnangia,
That flesh/slide of background color as far as I know is not from the theme, usually is from some plugins, or it can be from rocket loader from CDN.
Please set the rocket loader to off like in our guide ->https://tagdiv.com/how-to-set-up-cloudflare-cdn/
Please clear all cache after you change the settings.
