Also be aware that Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. all routinely have issues ‘pulling’ your image, regardless of *any* OG tags, due to timeout from your server for the file, or general overload at the exact moment you share something to FB. Often doing “refresh share attachment” a couple of hours later may be necessary. Long time known issue with rich media, unrelated to any theme, site, etc.

Plus we made changes on the page head.php and we added the og-image tag to <head> and <body>, added 2 plugins for working with og-images, so the problem is solved and reposting works in all social networks. Using the exception method, we will disable outdated plugins.
