My posts are not showing the correct thumbnail on Facebook or Twitter. I’m using WPSSO to set the og: image tags, but WPSSO is giving me a warning that the theme or another plugin is setting the og: image which is conflicting with what WPSSO is trying to do. Does the newspaper theme set an og: image tag? If so, can I remove that somehow so WPSSO can set the correct size image for facebook to read?

Can I remove it from the backend of the site? Or do I need to change the code on the file and upload that?
you cna edit the file from the editor or with the file transfer section of your cpanel or ftp. There are multiple ways you can edit a theme file on your server
