ol smart list issue

When I use an

I end up with:

1 (in block) then 1.
2 (in block) then 2.
3 (in block) then 3.
etc…

How do I modify the CSS to stop the second number?

Here is one page. Scroll down past the ul and you’ll see where the ol line numbers are duplicated.
