We have one category, where we don´t want to see adverts.
Is there an option to prevent ads (espec. article inline) ads to be shown in this category?

To achieve that you meed to edit td_module_single_base.php file and add this condition here: http://screencast.com/t/Jj7GrOWu
and !in_category('cat-name-or-ID')
