Hello,
I’ve realized that Newspaper theme generates a copy of each image that I send to my site, in different sizes (as in the attached image), which is consuming lots of storage space and overloading my server.
I would like to know how do I disable this?

Simply uncheck the sizes you don’t need from theme > theme panel options
you can ALSO change the default sizes in wp > admin > media to ‘0’
