Hi. Using Downtoown Pro template and can’t see where/how to add target=”_blank” to the URL. I tried and “https://www.christianpost.com” target=”_blank” but neither woorked. Can you please guide me as to how to open the URL in a new window? Thanks!

Hi,
I’m not sure, but if you mean opening the ost file in a new tab, then you can use the option in the lock (edit the main page with tagDiv Composer, select a block and look for this option – https://prnt.sc/9Ca-uE02YBiE). If you mean something else, please let me know.
Thanks!

Hi Calin. Sorry, I wasn’t clear at all. I meant to include that I am using the “source name” and “source URL” fields in some of our posts, and we would like to open the source URL in a new window when someone clicks on it from the post, so they don’t leave our site when visiting the source site. 🙂

Hi,
Thank you for clarifications.
For this, you need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer https://prnt.sc/ngElvUVLLX-s scroll until you see the source/via elements, select them and check the option to open via in a new window – https://prnt.sc/RfTX-1W03cQihttps://prnt.sc/7NOUgVrn4GBO
I hope this will help you!
