So, I have over 2,100+ articles as I am a news agency here in the States. Is there a way to bulk assign a locker to all of that content or do I have to literally load every article and manually do it?

Unfortunately, we do not have this option at the moment, so you should manually lock each article.
We will improve opt-in builder plugin and take in consideration your request also!
