Hi,
Actually those 2 css resources: http://screencast.com/t/zYBgBKoCg are moved to the footer by the speed booster plugin: http://screencast.com/t/muBEUqsS but the notifications in google still appears because of theme’s generated css: http://screencast.com/t/y3BSB6JS which is loaded after the main theme style.
To avoid this you could try to make the changes directly into theme’s style file.
