Optin Form Placement

Hi,
How I can place the optin form just after the ad below the single post end
or
after the author bio section

It had shortcode

I have placed it after the social share section
<?php echo $td_mod_single->get_social_sharing_bottom();?>
in loop-single-7.php
but its not showing
