Hi, the theme is not giving me the option to turn off the include content button. It just downloads the entire demo theme. How can I fix this? It’s for my site largedogsmallapartment.com.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

When I try to do that, I keep getting an error message saying the link you followed has expired.
Hi, I just deactivated all plugins not associated with the theme and cleared all caches. It’s still not giving me the option to turn off all demo content when installing a theme. My site has been down all weekend due to this. Is there someone I can email directly?
