I’m looking for how to change order of my div (or column) in page on mobile. I try to explain me: a div, that is in third column on normal screen, must appear as first on smartphone.

In order to have the design you want I would recommend you to create 2 layouts on the same page and use the hide option as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/lloxvTHa
I have added 2 blocks exactly the same. You can customize one and go to the mobile viewport and Hide it. That will hide the block on mobile. you will see it only on Desktop.
In this way you can create your custom mobile page that can be different from the desktop view.

Yes, this would happen. Unfortunately you can only hide them, the HTML code will still be there.
