Whenever I go to edit a post, I see “Featured Video” towards the bottom of the right hand menu, but when certain other users login to the site, they cannot see this functionality. I have logged in under their accounts and checked their preferences, “Featured Video” is indeed correct. They have the exact same user role as me, and nothing has been assigned or unassigned to them. This is looking at the exact same post, just logged in with different accounts:

I would like to take a look. Can you please email us at contact@tagdiv.com with the wp-admin access and include the link to the topic in the email?
Also, if you can provide both accounts where the issue happened?
