Is the e-mail address ‘contact@tagdiv.com’ still active? I’ve had three separate queries that have gone unresolved for over a month and apart from one response over a month ago, have not received any updates or response from that e-mail address. These issues continue to cause errors on my website.

Hi thecitylane, we are sorry, but we receive only on email on contact@tagdiv.com -> https://i.imgur.com/Y7dVDPy.png that is the only one we got, if there are more, please send theme again and let us know the subject from the email to search them.

I’ve forwarded on the e-mail chain, summarised the three outstanding issues, and renamed the topic of the e-mail to “Summary Of Outstanding Support Queries”.
