Please, can you view this post: https://www.trailandkale.com/interviews/interview-hillary-allen/ on an iPhone for example and let me know what is causing the white space over to the right of the screen? I don’t want the user to be able to pan to the right where there is just blank white space. I noticed that all seems fine on your demo of the Newspaper theme.
Please, can you have a quick check on chrome dev tools to see what may be causing this issue for me, I couldn’t locate the problem myself. It only appears on posts/articles, the front page and other pages display ok.

It is the ad. Please check your mobile ad sizes as the ad overflows the content width. It is not responsive.

It may not be the ad that is causing this issue. I cannot seem to find what exactly is creating that white space to the right of the page. Seem to also affect the menu or search modal when opened, but only on posts.
Is this happening if you create a new post? is it happening if you deactivate all plugins except theme plugins? let us know.
