As you can see here https://www.loom.com/share/a2284d76513b455493755c3cdfc1d504 I can’t find a way for an image “Inline single image” to have the property so that it is superimposed on all the elements and thus take advantage of its 3D effect. How can I make the image top as an element?

If you want to add the image over the footer, then insert a row into the footer zone, add the inline single image in that row and apply those settings:

If you do not want to apply the row in the footer, then it is no way to achieve what you need. But, you can duplicate the template, change the name and place the row in the footer as I showed you. In this case, you can assign this footer template only on this page and for the other pages you apply the original one.
