Unfortunately I can not access the screenshot you provided – https://www.screencast.com/t/1xZSQtqz5Ll You could try disabling all your plugins except the ones bundled with the theme and clear any caching installed, to see if this has any effect in this matter, maybe a plugin could be causing the issue as it usually happens in most cases. Also check any customization you might have made to the theme files or added in theme panel, and switch to the main theme if you are using a child theme. If everything is like default you should not have this problem in the widget section. Please let us know how it goes.
