I wanted to add a widgetised sidebar, but I miss the padding. There is no space between the blocks. How can I fix this?

Please update your Social Counter plugin to the latest version from /plugins folder that comes with the theme files and add it again in your sidebar. In our last theme update some shortcodes had been renamed and I think that is the issue with the text block(it doesn’t recognize social counter and doesn’t apply settings for text block): http://screencast.com/t/wO3jMZvaVm3 and clear cache.

I downloaded the latest version from Themeforest. I deleted the plugin of the Social Counter plugin and upload the new zip file. I have created a new sidebar and added this new sidebar. This time with the latest comments. But it did not work.
The problem with the permalinks is resolved. I had deleted a htacces-file (with permalinks-information) because the directory was protected with a password.
There are no other plugins activated, only the necessary plugins. Is there anything else I can do?

It was a conflict with the ‘Custom Sidebars’ plugin. De-activating the plugin was the solution. The Newsmag-theme allows to make custom siderbars, without any other plugin(s). So my mistake.
