Page borders get smaller?

I dont know why this happens but this is the second time it has. How do I fix this and prevent it from happening?

I suspect that there is a css issue but I am not sure why this happens. Could be possible that the theme’s css to be overwritten by an external cas. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide your site url so I can inspect it closer.
