Does the post count include admin views? If yes, is there a way to remove post views by the admin? (So I can monitor people who viewed the site)

Hello,
Unfortunately the post views are a hit count that registers each hit including the admin ones. There is no simple way to eliminate the admin views as the counter only counts the hits, there is no filter added to it in order to sort any preferential user ID.
