Hi,
My page: http://www.digitalfuturetimes.com has completely crashed after update.
I cant even access login page on wordpress, it says: “www.digitalfuturetimes.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500”
I received on my email notification that there is update, I went to wordpress under Envato plugin and clicked “update”. Page updated, few minutes after update all functioned well, then sudenly now it can not be accessed either page or login.
please help, I am not expert so need help
Update: I manage to locate problematic plugin by turning off all plugins in cpanel and later experimenting in Plugins area of WordPress.
Only after turning on “tagDiv Newsletter” plugin, then page gives together with login area error:500
Even when all other plugins are disabled except “tagDiv Composer” there will be imidiate problem as “tagdiv newsletter” is activated
I checked it few times, so page works well with all plugins turned on or all plugins turned off, only when “tagDiv Newsletter” is not activated.
When I activate “tagDiv Newsletter” the page will give 500 error on atempt to login or view page only.
List of other plugins: http://prntscr.com/j6uqbb
How to fix this “tagDiv Newsletter” plugin so there will be no conflict ?
The other issue I have with this, is that I cannot use TagDiv composer to edit the front page to remove the newsletter element, as TagDiv composer is just constantly trying to load.
Any suggestions as I am left with a big ugly dollop of code where the newsletter sign-up should be. http://www.rebnews.com
latest version theme crashed my website. and on old version theme URL ” https://xxxxxxxx.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel” not working.
For those who have the same problem. The problem comes from the plugin TAGDIV COMPOSER AND NEWSLETTER. So, I took the old plugin in the first download folder (2 months ago) and I replaced by FTP the new plugin by the old ones. Everything works again. I lost my CSS and my widget because it’s been 5 hours that I’m trying to repair, I uninstall everything and reinstall and lost my day because no one answers us on the forum. I can send old plugin files if anybody wants it.
Hi,
The same happened to me, I just updated the last Newspaper version and my website crashed completely, even I’m not able to get into the WP Admin.
Can you help me on this?
Eric
This is my URL website: http://rinconesdemexico.com/

if you are use Tagdiv Newsletter plugin, better not update Tagdiv Comp to 2.2… keep 2.1

It is (always) recommended to set up a staging site to test your theme updates (and plugins) compatibility before deploying the theme to your main site. https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Good point epickenya, but I didn’t know about that best practice.
Because I have the same issue, my website shows this error, and I’m not able to get into my WordPress:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Access to undeclared static property: tdc_config::$group_params in /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-newsletter/td-newsletter.php:190 Stack trace: #0 /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): td_api_newsletter->tdn_on_register_shortcodes(”) #1 /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php(42): do_action(‘tdc_loaded’) #4 /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): tdc_plugin_init(”) #5 /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #6 /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #7 /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php(207): do_action(‘td_wp_booster_l…’) #8 /home1/rin in /home1/rincones/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-newsletter/td-newsletter.php on line 190
What can I do now?
Thanks a lot ds-2, I followed your instructions and I took my website back.
My questions is the same, how to fix the “tagDiv Newsletter” plugin?
I’m dealing with the same problem. I could not update the Newsletter theme to version 8.7. Last update did not work, problem is the same.
Why does not an official answer these complaints and does not say what the solution is. I regret choosing the Newsletter theme. When everything went well, an update ruined everything and left us unresolved.
Is there anyone authorized to answer, anybody hear our voice?
Hello Demir,
Please make sure that all of your required plugins have been updated to the latest version of them which come bundled with the latest packet. Also, if you have the problem with the Newsletter you should simply replace the old version of it with the latest version of it directly in the file via FTP way, clear all the caches and check theme will work as expected.
Thanks for the message!
Hi Catalin,
All the plugins I send to the list below are up to date.
There is a folder named “Newspaper” running on 8.6 version of the server. The newly updated theme is in the same location under the folder named “Newspaper 8.7”. This morning I cleaned all the cashes and experimented by changing the names of the folders mentioned above (“Newspaper” to “Newspaper 8.6” and “Newspaper 8.7” to “Newspaper”). And then my site crashed. I had to get back everything I did.
The above scenario did not work even if I brought all the plugins into a passive state.
Thanks in advance for your help.

It would be nice if the tagdiv team can check double check perhaps quadruple check everything before releasing an update to their customer base who run legitimate businesses and can ill afford time and effort to fix errors occurring due to an update.
An update should breathe life into an exciting theme not cause errors and issues .
