I have an issue when using a Quotation style in my Post. When I use the regular wordpress Layout, it has a nice large Text. However the posted version Is in All Caps and has a Light Blue Font

In the URl provided the section that has “GOVERNMENT BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVATE SECTORS FLAWS AND SHORTCOMINGS” is in blue text.
However, when I edit the same text in WordPress editor, the text is black.
