Page freezes

Hi,

Every time I go to “Widgets” page and “Theme panel”, the page freezes for a while.
For “Widgets” page, sometime it freezes more than 30 seconds…
“Theme panel” freezes usually about 15 seconds…
Once they start to work, then no problem but this happens EVERY TIME I open those pages…

Please let me know what I can do.

System status of what?
My computer? browser?

By the way, I have 2 licences for 2 websites and 1 works fine without any “freeze”.
They both have same plugins.

Hi,

Please check the theme system status and check if the WordPress and server parameters are according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to make the changes for you, if needed. Then check if everything is working properly.
If the issue is still occurring, try as a test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, to make sure a plugin is not causing the problem.
