Page loads slowed down

I have this issue that it takes too long for pages to show (2 secs +) since a few days.
Can you tell me how I can determine what is causing this (diagnostic tool)?

I am running php 8.2.15 and can send you an overview of php_info on request.
Perhaps the upcoming release update might solve the issue?

Forgot to mention that this issue occurs also using caching (WP-Optimize Premium 3.3.0). Makes no difference.

I just checked, and now the website is loading well. I recommend installing a CDN and a cache plugin.
