Page numbering does not appear the bottom of home page

That seems to be a block 11 set to display in ten page. Blocks do not have numbered pagination, they only have these forms of pagination

If you want a latest articles with numbered pagination, use the latest articles page template

That will require that you update to the latest theme version 4.4 and also social counter plugin 4.4. Now only the ID has to be entered when configuring the social counter
