How can I create on all pages except Homepage an Content Padding of 50px?

or can I simple just save the layout and us it for another page? Is there a way to save somthing (full page, one column, one row)?

Unfortunately you cannot save a page as a template. You can however copy the code from one page and copy it to another as you can see here:
Open the page editor: https://www.screencast.com/t/rSUgDDPWJEI6
Copy the code: https://www.screencast.com/t/rcwnC8j6
And you can paste the code in another page which will become editable using tagDiv Composer.
