I have a page template under cloud templates, but how do I add this on my pages? When I make a new page, it doesn’t use that template, which is likely because there is no “global” option for the page template. I can add a page template from cloud templates, but I want to use my own template, not the ones available on the cloud.

Hello,
You can import a page, delete the existing code, and add your code.
Unfortunately, for pages, there is no option to set global.
