Page title not showing

The page is not showing instead it shows the % sign. I have disabled Yoast and changed my site identity settings.

Hello,

Please check the settings -> General => https://i.imgur.com/Epyme7F.png and make sure you have set the site title.
You can set the title and description of your website using the Yoast Seo plugin => https://yoast.com/features/meta-descriptions/
