When i create new page the page title and the breadcrumb is not wisible. How can i make them on new page?

Please make sure you have every option checked in screen options: http://screencast.com/t/tDGu0cDvG especially page attributes. If the options are all checked please try to disable all plugins except visual composer to rule out a plugin conflict.
