When I add a pageable container to the page, and use the autoplay to rotate through sections it causes the page to jump to the top when it rotates. Is there a way to remove this?

Hello,
I assume it’s a tab or accordion element you are referring to. Unfortunately there is no way of controlling the element jumping at the top because the users usually reads content from top to bottom. If you change tabs/accordions and the content is not at the top, the user has to scroll to top to be able to read anything.
It is the default implementation used on multiple elements. Sorry but this behavior cannot be changed easily.

That is what I was afraid of! Thanks! Besides the pageable content option, is there something else that would be easier to use? The Flexslider just doesn’t work well for me, is there anything else you would suggest?

Sorry but I cannot provide any other suggestion. Our theme provides modules and blocks, visual composer provides accordions, tabs and a few other elements and you can use revolution slider (not flex slider)
Unfortunately if none of these options are good for your project you will have to use a plugin that can provide the desired effect.
