But If I change the name of the file (i’am using a child theme) and the name of the template I loose the “homepage lastest articles” box. Any idea ?
I would like to keep both templates.

If you want to keep the default template and create a custom one, you can create your own page template in the root of the theme and copy the code from page.php(as an example) and just add this comment instead – http://screencast.com/t/UdDaIQhr The theme pulls the name from the comment on the top of the file.
It should appear on template options as an extra page template – http://screencast.com/t/cONiVSlbjH7 Then you can add your custom modification to the new template and still have the default templates present.

I already created a model with a new name and new file name with the code of “pagebuilder + lastest articles” but with this one I have no “homepage lastest articles” settings, juste “page template settings”.
Furthermore I have not managed to create a pagebuilder below and above lastest articles in the same time.

You will have to check the screen options to see if the homepage latest articles is ticked: http://screencast.com/t/AUo1q1edbG If it is. just deselect and select it again to refresh the option.
As for the pagebuilder under latest articles i cannot provide a quick solution for it. You could use the do_shortcode function to add content below the latest articles section:
For example use this code:
And add it here: http://screencast.com/t/dzWVQcfiD
This will force a VC block you set to it to display below latest articles.
