Template for dynamically created Mailpoet's unsubscribe page

How can I customize this page? It is created by MailPoet maillist plugin when unsubscribing user.
At least I need to make it fully blank with message only. Please help.

Hello !

If the page is not created using tagDiv Composer this cannot be edited. Please note that this is not Newspaper Theme related since it comes from an external plugin.
