Pages designs not appearing after newsmag upgrade to 4.0

After upgrade, all the pages images are not appearing

Hello itduck2020,

Unfortunately, I do not know what exactly you have made on your website, sorry! I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results. You can import a demo to check the theme functionality.

Hi,

Actually after the upgrade, the background images / parallax effects are not appearing.
1. Screenshot 1 – we tried attaching a new image, the function is not working.
2. Screenshot 2 – the white text we use, supposed to be visible with a background image. (mouse-drag highlight to show the text)
3. Screenshot 3 – it works only if we do a normal background (just discovered)

Try to use an online tool for sending us your screenshots like Screencast or Jing.
