Pages listed under MAIN menu not showing under their parent category

Hello,

For my site http://pavlikeni.com, the last item on the MAIN menu is БИЗНЕС УКАЗАТЕЛ (translates BUSINESS DIRECTORY). I have a couple of subcategories and a few pages listed in them.

Why is it that when I click on the menu item БИЗНЕС УКАЗАТЕЛ (translates BUSINESS DIRECTORY), located here: http://pavlikeni.com/category/directory/ it displays “No posts to display”, when I have pages that are parented to that menu item?

Why are pages not displayed the way posts are under their respective parent?

Pages are different post types and can’t have categories in wordpress. For more details about categories and how they work check this link: https://codex.wordpress.org/Manage_Categories_SubPanel
