Hi
I know it is possible to get posts with certain tags to show on a page. However, this is more of an OR statement. i.e. I will be shown posts that are tagged either “Restaurant” OR “Northumberland”. What if I want to display only posts that contain “Restaurant” AND “Northumberland”, is this possible?

You can test this plugin that have shortcode to display posts from multiple tags http://wordpress.org/plugins/posts-by-tag/
[posts-by-tag tags = "tag1, tag2"]
