my problem is with? ?m=0 and ?cat=-1 how to turn this off? see the picture https://prnt.sc/ly0l09 this is added to the category pages, I tried this above

Hi,

Did you have tried to follow the instructions from the above tutorials? These sections can be changed from Seo Yoast because these are not theme related.

I tried a lot of things I do not know how to try this /page/159/?cat=-1
/page/159/?m=0 Pages with duplicate title tags.
This appears on my homapage page domain.com/page/159/?cat=-1 domain.com/page/159/?m=0

Hi,

Something must be adding those parameters in the URL for some reason, but the theme is not capable of doing that. Chances are this will still happen with a default WordPress theme.

Those extra parameters could be added by a plugin, you could investigate plugins. Also check the permalink settings. Or maybe by a code entered somewhere in WordPress or the theme.
