Recently, the outgoing mail functionality of contact forms was been disabled. When I asked the hosting people they said that one of the scripts is sending bulk messages to non-existing email accounts. For that reason, outgoing mail was been disabled.
However, they enabled the functionality for now. But they urged to check the script and modify it which is creating the problem.
Please check and let me know if there is any problem.
What contact form script/plugin are you using?
Ideally you should be using an SMTP plugin which requires login of an actual domain email account on your site to ‘send’ out email from your domain.
Also, do not use “email confirmation to person filling out form” with forms, as this can be used by spammers; only have a ‘thank you’ page after form filled out.
I’m using contact form 7 and there are no confirmation emails being sent to the users filling out the form. You can try it out yourself at http://www.theaccelerator.in/coaching page.
Here is what the hosting people have to say on this.
“Here, I could see that the main reason for mail bounceback is the mails being sent to non existent email addresses and our server is rejecting the mail. Hence please send the mail to valid and genuine email addresses. Also, please modify the subject line of the mail and then try to send the mail.
Please avoid sending mails to non existent email addresses and send mails only to valid and genuine users. Also, please tweak or modify the scripts before sending mails and make sure that the scripts are up to date.
Once these preventive measures are taken, please update us so that we can observe the changes made and activate the mail functionality.”

I contacted the host people but they are saying that it is an issue related to the codes of the script which needs optimization. Can you help ?

Unfortunately, the Wp-admin is not depended by our theme, sorry! It seems that your WP Install to be damaged. Try to make a new clean install from scratch before via FTP way and check the results. I managed to disable all the plugins and I have the access to the admin dashboard now. But when I activate the plugins I lose the access again.
Error message is showing: The page isn’t working. This page cannot handle your request. Error 500.
Is there a way out.
I certainly cannot redo the website from scratch as the amount of data is huge. Please help me out.

Please keep in mind that your untested plugins happen this issue. I recommend you to use only the requested plugins and then, for the others untested plugins, you should install one by one and check which is the culprit.
