Pagination at the bottom of a block

I am trying to figure out the css for adding page numbers for additional posts at the bottom of Block 11 called Spotlight on my site: https://www.tickhounds.com/

I have seen this option on several demos, have installed demos on dummy sites but can’t find the option.

Notice that the style of pagination at the bottom of a block can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xjfWp4PLYP From here you can change it. If is not what you mean, provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
