Pagination Missing and Site Speed

Dear Sir
I really need your Help in my web site page which is http://srilankaclick.com/sri-lanka-guide-blog/ their post pagination is missing could you please solve this issue and also my site is too slow.Is their any possibilities to boost the site speed?

Hi,

I noticed you have theme version 4.2.1.
We had some issues regarding pagination in the previous version so you can updated the theme to it’a latest version (4.2.2) in which we have fixed this.
Make sure you make a backup at your current theme files in case something goes wrong you can revert.
