Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

I think that I know what the problem is, there is an option on row to hide the row on pagination – https://i.imgur.com/F19229h.jpeg this is used when you have on homepage with more rows and when the pagination is used those rows will be hide, but you need to make sure that the row contain the post loop do not have the option enabled – https://i.imgur.com/F19229h.jpeg
