Pagination Question

currently when looking at pages with pagination, clicking on the arrows does not bring up additional posts. If I hover over the arrow to look at the link it takes me to a https://domain.com/#. On my homepage, hitting the arrow just throws me back to the top of the page. On tag pages, it does absolutely nothing. Any advice?

Please let me know what theme version you have. Also, please let me know if you checked for a plugin conflict.

running 6.4.3

The only plugins running are the tagdiv ones and Jetpack.

Also, it seems to work on mobile, but not desktop.
