but now don’t recollect where. Now, all these URLs are indexed in Google. Can you help me to spot from where these URLs(?source=post_page—————————) are getting Generate (template, theme plugin, etc.)

Yes, that’s what I am not able to figure out. Do you have any clue about this? Might be a Newspaper theme function or feature, plugin that is generating this URL. They are all getting indexed in Google.
It started since Friday-Saturday last week.
I saw the URL but now I don’t remember which element was generating it.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
You could try to request Google to recrawl and reindex your URL

So the URLs are not because of any Newspaper theme, tagDIV library, tagDIV composer element?

This problem is not caused by the theme or theme plugins, you can check on google that there are some websites that have this type of url and those website are not build with our theme -> https://www.google.ro/search?biw=1920&bih=1057&ei=qWA5XcTUPMbN6ATy_5mwCg&q=%3Fsource%3D%22post_page———————–&oq=%3Fsource%3D%22post_page———————–&gs_l=psy-ab.3…4525.4525..5532…0.0..0.169.169.0j1……0….1..gws-wiz.PtWqqPy9Mpw&ved=0ahUKEwiEzeeZzM_jAhXGJpoKHfJ_BqYQ4dUDCAo&uact=5
Most probably there is a commune plugin or something.
