If you want to edit/change the text, then you can do it from Theme Panel> Translations -> http://prntscr.com/q1m84e if you are referring to fields, then you can change it only on theme files, if you are using cloud -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php if you are using a default style -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php

So if you want tr translate the text from login popup modal -> http://prntscr.com/q28an1 you can do it from Theme panel> Translations -> http://prntscr.com/q28bys and search for the text you want to change -> http://prntscr.com/q28cpq -> http://prntscr.com/q28f1o
