Can you update the theme to include “Parler” in the social media options?
Or, is there a way to add it to the list manually?

Unfortunately for the moment this social can be add only if you are using an extra plugin for socials.

There is on the forum an old solution for how to add an social media -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-xing-as-a-social-network/ the problem is that now the these has changed and the steps are no longer like in the link, now the td_social_icons.php file is on this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_social_icons.php
